Subscription Terms

These terms cover AntSpace Verified, the paid plan for companies. They're part of the Terms of Service.

What Verified includes

  • A Verified badge on your company's profile.
  • No limit on products, services, AI models, AI agents and posts, and much higher limits on clients, case studies, events, documents, leadership and locations. A free profile holds up to 6 of each.
  • The badge and the higher limits apply while your company's email domain is confirmed and its plan is paid.
  • What's included is shown on the plan in Settings. We may add to it; we won't take away a main feature during a period you've paid for.

Who can buy it

Any admin of the company whose email address is confirmed can buy Verified. For the badge and the higher limits, the company's email domain must be confirmed too, with a one-time code sent to a work address at that domain; until then the plan is paid but its benefits wait. The company is the customer, and the admin confirms they may commit it.

Price and billing

  • You can pay monthly or yearly. The price, any yearly discount and any taxes are shown before you pay, and on each receipt.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe, which keeps your payment details. Receipts and invoices are in the billing portal, reached from Settings.
  • Prices may change. We'll tell your company's admins at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel before then.

Automatic renewal

The plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and the payment method on file is charged, until it is cancelled.

Cancelling

  • Any admin can cancel at any time in Settings. The plan stays on until the end of the period already paid for, then ends. Renewal can be turned back on before then.
  • When the plan ends, the free limits apply again: nothing you've published is deleted, but you can't add more items of a kind that is over its free limit, and the Verified badge is removed.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days, and we tell your company's admins. Verified stays on for 3 days after the renewal date; if the payment hasn't gone through by then, the badge and the higher limits are paused until it does. If Stripe's last try fails, the plan ends.

Refunds

Payments aren't refunded, and cancelling doesn't refund the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it or we agree to in a particular case. If we end your plan without a reason under the Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of the period.

Taxes

Prices may not include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes. Where they apply, they're added at checkout.

Ending verification

We may remove the Verified badge, and end the plan, if your company's domain confirmation no longer holds or your company breaks the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
