Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-10-17, in force since October 17, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It covers everything you do on AntSpace: company profiles, posts, requests, reviews and discussions.

Be who you say you are

  • Don't create a profile for a company you can't act for, or claim one that isn't yours.
  • Don't impersonate a person or a company, or suggest a partnership, client, certification, award or endorsement you don't have.
  • One person, one account. Don't create accounts in bulk or by script, and don't share an account.

Publish what's true

  • Keep company details, offerings, prices, clients and case studies accurate and current.
  • Only list clients, and publish case studies, logos and documents, that you have permission to use.
  • Say when content is sponsored or paid for.

Respect other people

  • No spam: don't send bulk, unwanted or automated demo, pricing or sales requests, and don't use anyone's details from a request for anything but answering it.
  • No harassment, threats, hate or sexual content.
  • Don't post other people's personal data (private phone numbers, home addresses, personal email addresses) without their permission.
  • Reviews and discussions follow the Community Guidelines: no fake, paid or self-written reviews, and no reviews of competitors.

Respect the Service

  • Don't scrape, crawl or copy the directory, people's details or company data in bulk, by script or otherwise, beyond what our robots.txt allows search engines.
  • Don't get around limits, plan restrictions or access rules, and don't access accounts, profiles or data that aren't yours.
  • Don't attack, overload, probe or test the security of AntSpace without our written permission. If you find a security problem, tell us at support@antspace.ai and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. We won't act against research done in good faith that follows this.
  • Don't upload malware or anything meant to harm devices or data.
  • Don't use the AI features to produce misleading profiles, fake reviews or spam.

Keep to the law

  • Nothing illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, and nothing that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
  • Keep to the export control, sanctions, consumer protection and data protection laws that apply to you.
  • To report content that infringes your rights, email legal@antspace.ai with the page's address, what it infringes and how to reach you.

What we do about it

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts and profiles, and report illegal activity to the authorities. We act in proportion to the problem and, where we reasonably can, tell you what we did and why. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our message or email support@antspace.ai.

Reporting

Use the report button on a review, question or reply, or email support@antspace.ai with the page's address.
