Community Guidelines
Version 2026-10-17, in force since October 17, 2026
Reviews and discussions help buyers choose products, services, AI models and AI agents. These guidelines keep them useful and fair. They're part of the Terms of Service.
Reviews
- Review only offerings you've used or evaluated yourself, and say how (a trial, a pilot, years of use).
- Members of a company can't review its offerings. Don't review your employer's competitors either, or an offering you're paid to promote.
- Don't offer or accept anything in return for a review, or for changing or removing one. A company may ask its customers for honest reviews, but not only for good ones.
- Write about your experience: what worked, what didn't, and who it suits. Keep to facts you can stand behind.
- One review per person for each offering; update yours instead of writing another.
Questions and replies
- Ask and answer in good faith, and stay on topic.
- When someone from the offering's company answers, their reply carries a company badge. If you work for a competitor, say so.
- The person who asked, or an admin of the offering's company, can mark the answer that helped.
- Don't use discussions to advertise or to collect people's contact details.
Be respectful
- Criticise products and decisions, not people. No insults, harassment, threats or hate.
- Don't share private information, yours or anyone else's: contracts, prices under a confidentiality agreement, personal contact details.
- No spam, no links to malware, and nothing illegal or that infringes someone's rights.
Mentions
Mentioning someone notifies them. Don't use mentions to pester people.
Moderation
- Anyone signed in can report a review, question or reply. Something reported by several people is hidden until our team has looked at it.
- Our team removes what breaks these guidelines or the law. We don't remove honest reviews because they're negative.
- A company can post one public reply to each review of its offerings. It can't edit or remove reviews; it can report one that breaks these guidelines.
- We may also limit someone's ability to post, or close their account.
- If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, email support@antspace.ai.
