Pre-seeded profiles notice
Version 2026-10-17, in force since October 17, 2026
To make AntSpace useful from the start, we create profiles for some companies from public information before anyone from the company joins. They're marked as not yet claimed. This notice explains what's on them and what a company can do.
What's on a profile we start
- Facts the company publishes about itself: its name, website and description, what it offers (products, services, AI models and AI agents), its industries, offices and facilities, and public events, documents, clients and case studies.
- We draft them with the help of AI from the company's own website and other public sources, read by AntSpaceBot.
- We don't add people's names, photos, personal email addresses or phone numbers. The leadership section shows roles only.
Until the profile is claimed
AntSpace runs the profile until someone from the company claims it. Demo and pricing requests sent to an unclaimed profile are kept, the sender is told the company hasn't joined yet, and the requests are passed on when the company claims its profile.
Claiming your company's profile
- Choose "Claim this profile" on it. If your work email is at the company's domain, you confirm it with a link and can run the profile right away.
- Otherwise our team reviews the claim, and may ask for proof that you can act for the company.
- Once it's claimed, your company's admins control the profile, and AntSpace stops editing it.
Correcting or removing a profile
- Use "Request removal or correction" on the profile, or email privacy@antspace.ai, and tell us your relationship to the company.
- We review requests within 2 business days. We remove a profile when the company asks, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- To ask AntSpaceBot not to read your website, see AntSpaceBot.
Why we may do this
We have a legitimate interest in a directory that helps buyers find B2B companies, built from facts companies publish about themselves. If you object, tell us and we'll stop.
Personal data
These profiles are about companies, not people. If one includes information about you, email privacy@antspace.ai and we'll remove it. See the Privacy Policy.
