What it does

A library of Agent Skills for scientific work. Its authors list 177 ready-to-use skills and more than 100 scientific databases, covering biology, chemistry, medicine and drug discovery; its topics add genomics, proteomics, materials science and data analysis. It follows the open Agent Skills standard, so it works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other agents.

Install

Copy the skill folders you want (each has a SKILL.md) into your Claude Code skills folder:

cp -r scientific-agent-skills/<skill-folder> ~/.claude/skills/

Claude Code loads a skill on its own when a task fits it; ask for the task as you normally would.
