What it does

Grafana's MCP server. It lets an agent search dashboards, query data sources such as Prometheus and Loki, and look at alerts and incidents in a Grafana instance you connect.

Install

Register the server with Claude Code. Its start command is in the repository's README:

claude mcp add mcp-grafana -- <start-command-from-the-README>
claude mcp list

Run /mcp in Claude Code to check the server is connected and see its tools.
