What it does

The Chrome DevTools team's MCP server. It lets a coding agent drive and inspect a live Chrome browser: open pages, read the console and network requests, take screenshots and record performance traces, so it can debug what it built.

Read the README on GitHub

Who it’s for

Web developers who want their coding agent to check and debug its work in a real browser.

Install

Install it with:

claude mcp add chrome-devtools -- npx chrome-devtools-mcp@latest

Run /mcp in Claude Code to check the server is connected and see its tools.
